Primary Responsibilities

• Fullstack Software Development Leadership – Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality software products.
• Technical Guidance and Leadership – Offer mentorship to junior developers, facilitating their professional growth and technical expertise; ensure adherence to superior coding practices and standards.
• Project Coordination and Collaboration – Oversee project schedules and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client and organizational objectives; communicate effectively with stakeholders to capture requirements and meet project goals.
• Innovation and Strategic Problem Resolution – Identify opportunities for technical improvements and advocate efficiency enhancements; resolve complex technical challenges to facilitate successful project outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Professional Experience: At least 5 years of hands‑on experience in fullstack development with a proven track record of leading software engineering teams.
• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of fullstack frameworks and tools; proficiency in SQL, RESTful services, and microservices architecture.
• Lead Fullstack Software Engineer – Advanced: Java, SpringBoot, REST, SQL, React, Typescript; Intermediate: SQL, Python, GenAI, LLM, RAG, GraphQL; Nice to have: ElasticSearch, QlikSense.
• Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership abilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills; effective collaboration in team environments.
• Problem Solving Acumen: Robust analytical skills and a strategic mindset to navigate and resolve technical challenges.
• Adaptability: Capacity to thrive in a rapidly evolving work environment and adapt to emerging technologies and evolving project demands.
