Job summary

Cargill is seeking a Senior Consultant, Tax Content Architect for LATAM, based in Rosario, Argentina. You will focus on tax technology implementations, governance and enhancements of tax elements in ERP systems, coordinating with DT&D, tax teams and IT to improve tax determination and reporting across LATAM.

The role requires at least 5 years of relevant experience and fluent English, with strong analytical skills and understanding of ERP tax functionality.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement of 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Fluent English language skills - written and verbal.
• Strong analytical skills to embed tax requirements in ERP systems or applications.
• Good understanding of tax reporting requirements as well as the basic understanding of statutory requirements and configuration in current technologies.
• Basic understanding of tax functionality in enterprise resource planning systems.
• Experience within or good understanding of an international tax/finance environment.

Responsibilities

• TAX SOLUTIONS: Support tax technology implementations (ERP and applications), including gathering local tax requirements with country/regional experts and assisting design, testing, and trainings after go-live.
• TAX ERP ANALYSIS: Maintain tax requirements in ERP systems and dedicated applications following standard tax methodology.
• TAX ARCHITECTURE: Ensure tax requirements are designed, documented and implemented consistently across tax areas using Tax Methodology and monitor ERP tax logic.
• TAX LIAISON: Collaborate with other tax content architects and tax managers to reach a joined solution.
