Job summary

Cargill is seeking a Senior Consultant, Tax Content Architect - LATAM (ARG, CL, CRI, MX) to drive tax technology implementations and governance across ERP platforms in the LATAM region. This role focuses on tax solutions, governance, and process improvements with limited supervision, coordinating with tax and technology teams to optimize tax determination and reporting.

The candidate should have at least 5 years of experience and fluent English, with base in Rosario (Argentina), Coronel (Chile),

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Fluent English language skills - written and verbal.
• Strong analytical skills to embed tax requirements in ERP systems or applications.
• Good understanding of tax reporting requirements as well as basic understanding of statutory requirements and configuration in current technologies.
• Basic understanding of tax functionality in enterprise resource planning systems.
• Experience within or good understanding of an international tax/finance environment.

Responsibilities

• TAX SOLUTIONS: Support tax technology implementations (ERP and applications), including gathering local tax requirements with country or regional tax experts, assisting in design, testing and trainings post-go-live.
• TAX ERP ANALYSIS: Build and maintain tax requirements in ERP systems and tax applications, following standard tax methodology.
• TAX ARCHITECTURE: Ensure tax requirements are designed, documented and implemented consistently across tax domains using Tax Methodology; assist with ERP controls.
• TAX LIASON: Collaborate with other tax content architects and tax managers to reach a joint solution.
