Job summary

Cargill is seeking a Senior Consultant, Tax Content Architect for LATAM to drive tax ERP implementations and governance across ARG, CL, CRI and MX. Based in Rosario, you’ll work with tax, IT and DT&D teams to ensure accurate tax determination and reporting within ERP systems.

You will analyze local tax requirements, design solutions, and support trainings and go-live activities in a multinational finance environment, with fluency in English and a strong analytics mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Fluent English language skills - written and verbal.
• Strong analytical skills to embed tax requirements in ERP systems.
• Good understanding of tax reporting requirements as well as the basic understanding of statutory requirements and configuration in current technologies.
• Basic understanding of tax functionality in enterprise resource planning systems.
• Experience within or good understanding of an international tax/finance environment.

Responsibilities

• TAX SOLUTIONS: Support tax technology implementations (ERP and applications), gather local tax requirements with country or regional tax experts, assist on design, perform analysis, testing and training following go live.
• TAX ERP ANALYSIS: Build and maintain tax requirements in ERP systems and tax applications, following a standard tax methodology to meet requirements.
• TAX ARCHITECTURE: Ensure tax requirements are designed, documented and implemented consistently across tax areas using Tax Methodology; assist with ERP controls and monitoring of tax logic.
• TAX LIAISON: Collaborate with other tax content architects and tax managers to reach a joint solution.
