Perficient is seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead client interactions with Product Managers and business stakeholders, translating requirements into user stories and maintaining the backlog for timely, high-quality delivery.

Responsibilities include coordinating with delivery teams, facilitating agile ceremonies, and ensuring alignment with the product roadmap, while driving accountability and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5–7 years of related work experience.
• 2–5 years supervisory experience.
• Experience in agile and scrum environments.
• CSPO or PSPO certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary liaison between the client and the delivery team, ensuring alignment with the client-defined product roadmap.
• Translate client requirements into clear, actionable user stories and tasks for the development team.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with key stakeholders to gather missing information and clarify requirements.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure that the team has a clear and up-to-date plan to follow at all times.
• Monitor progress against delivery milestones and manage risks and dependencies.
• Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders on delivery status and team performance.
• Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.

The Senior Product Owner role will focus on leading client interactions with Product Managers and business stakeholders, understanding both client business requirements as well as end-user functional requirements, and may manage multiple product owners that have delivery targeted towards a single product or solution. In situations where a Senior Product Owner is supporting multiple delivery streams, that person has sole responsibility and ownership of the product in its entirety.

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders on delivery status and team performance.

Qualifications

Qualifications include:

• Education – Bachelor's Degree
• 5 to 7 years of working experience in like field
• Detailed oriented
• 2 to 5 years of supervisory experience
• Experience in agile and scrum development organizations
• Certification - Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) required
