Cargill is seeking a Senior Consultant, Tax Content Architect to lead governance and enhancements of tax reporting across LATAM, partnering with tax, ERP, and finance teams. The role requires basing in Rosario, or other LATAM hubs, and close alignment with regional operations.

You will gather local tax requirements, design standardized processes, and translate needs into robust ERP configurations, reporting definitions, and data lineage.

Qualifications

• Strong business analysis and requirements-management experience of at least 4 years.
• Ability to interview stakeholders and run requirements workshops.
• Experience rationalizing an existing reporting or analytics portfolio.
• Translate business needs into structured requirements and roadmaps.
• Develop process maps, documentation, inventories, and governance artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Inventory existing reports, dashboards, metrics, and related artifacts.
• Analyze historical reporting to understand audience and use cases.
• Identify gaps, duplication, and decommission opportunities.
• Develop recommendations to retain, enhance, or consolidate reporting.
• Create a target-state reporting portfolio with owners and governance.
