Job summary

Air Liquide is seeking an Integration Manager for the LATAM ALign Project. The role leads the integrated ERP solution across LATAM and interfaces with functional teams, third-party apps, and global architecture teams. You will drive coordinated delivery, manage vendors, and guide testing, cutover and deployment activities through all project phases. Fluent English and a strong IT/enterprise-architecture background are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in IT, Business or Engineering with IT context.
• 10+ years in account management, product/service development, or customer relationship management.
• Strong ERP and enterprise architecture knowledge.
• Experience guiding large-scale IT lifecycles and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate process integration points across internal and external teams and third-party apps.
• Lead testing, cutover, deployment strategies and release planning.
• Define transports and changes for production movement across project phases.
• Manage third-party vendors and system integrators; maintain alignment with EA and GIO.
