Milestone One is seeking an Accountant & LATAM Accounting Coordinator in Argentina to establish and run local accounting and support LATAM regional operations.

You will work hands-on with SAP, prepare reports for group consolidation, and coordinate with external providers across LATAM, including Brazil and Mexico, while liaising with internal stakeholders in a dynamic international environment.

Formación

• Previous experience in accounting, ideally in an international organization or environment.
• Good understanding of accounting processes and financial reporting.
• Practical experience with SAP.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively with external service providers and stakeholders across different countries.
• Fluent or strong English skills, both written and spoken.
• Comfortable working in a changing, international environment.

Responsabilidades

• Argentina – Local Accounting responsibilities and day-to-day activities.
• Coordinate LATAM regional accounting processes, especially for Brazil and Mexico.
• Coordinate exchange of financial information with external providers and firms.
• Support payroll-related activities in cooperation with an external payroll provider.
