Kraken is seeking a dynamic KOL/creator network lead for Iberia to build and scale our Kraken Pro ecosystem. You will own sourcing, onboarding and activating top Spanish and Iberian creators, driving trading user growth while managing CAC considerations and performance metrics.

You will collaborate with Growth, Marketing and Compliance to align regional strategies with global standards, ensuring rapid iteration and impact in a fast-paced crypto environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record building influencer/KOL networks in Spain/Iberia.
• Excellent Spanish (Portuguese a plus) with deep crypto/trading creator ecosystem knowledge.
• Experience acquiring trading users at scale with focus on CAC.
• Hands-on, proactive problem solving in fast-moving crypto environments.
• High autonomy and ability to own regional strategy without waiting for global direction.
• Understanding of perpetual futures, margin, and prop trading products.
• Strong relationship-management and negotiation skills with creators/KOLs.

What You Bring

• Proven track record building an influencer/KOL/creator network from scratch in Spain and/or the Iberia region
• Fluent Spanish (Portuguese a plus), deep fluency in the local crypto/trading creator ecosystem
• Experience acquiring trading users at scale with a clear eye on CAC
• Hands-on, get-it-done approach — solves problems on the ground rather than escalating
• High agency — owns regional strategy without waiting for global direction
• Understanding of perpetual futures, margin, and prop trading products
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous, 24/7 crypto environment
• Strong relationship-management and negotiation skills with creators/KOLs

Nice to haves

• Existing personal network of crypto KOLs/creators in Spain/Iberia and other countries
• Prior KOL, growth, or influencer marketing role at a crypto exchange
