Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in contract review and monitoring.

• Experience in a legal or related field desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Operational:

• Provide contract services, such as search, extraction, comparison, and aggregation
• Monitor contract compliance for client contracts
• Utilize AI tools and CLM software for the assembly, review, and management of contracts
• Perform contracting and monitoring work in line with agreed SLAs and KPIs
• Identify and track relevant regulations impacting specific industries or businesses
• Assess the impact of regulatory changes on current operations and policies
• Review and update policies to align with new or changing regulations
• Manage compliance risks and report compliance status to management.

Leadership

• Assess the quality and effectiveness of deliverables based on predefined criteria
• Facilitate improvements to processes, tools, and methodologies
• Identify and report errors or inconsistencies in work products
• Communicate effectively with team members and provide clear feedback
• Mentor and train less experienced team members
• Ensure adherence to deadlines and project timelines

Organizational

• Coordinate with other teams to ensure cross-functional consistency
• Monitor team compliance with internal policies and organizational goals
• Develop training programs for less experienced team members
• Track KPIs and report metrics related to team processes

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law
• Minimum 3 years of experience in contract review and monitoring
• Previous experience working in the legal or related field
• Document review and contract management experience
• Proficiency in using AI tools and legal management software
• Ability to think, work and research in different legal jurisdictions
• Excellent communication, research and writing skills
• Fluency in English (C1 level minimum, written and spoken, or equivalent)
• Team Lead and organizational skills
• Structured thinking and eye for detail to review work performed by team members
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team, with a strong results orientation
