Responsibilities

• Comply with AL Policies and Values.
• Contribute to GL Team metrics.
• Respond to Leader and Local entity inquiries focusing on customer experience.
• Receive, review and post journal entries from local teams and other towers.
• Analyze account reconciliations and maintain financial records.
• Prepare and update desktop procedures at least twice a year.
• Prepare a Capacity update file listing activities and time spent.
