Educato AI is seeking an entry-level creator program lead in Argentina to own our UGC and creator-marketing activity. You’ll recruit creators on TikTok and Instagram, evaluate fit, negotiate rates, onboard, and manage briefs, timelines, and payments.

This role values judgment, initiative, and execution over years of experience. You’ll track results, share insights with Educato’s global growth team, and build a reliable creator pipeline for the Argentine market.

Formación

• Native Spanish speaker with strong English skills.
• Understanding of Argentina creator ecosystem.
• Organized, proactive and able to manage several projects.
• Excellent communication and feedback skills.
• Interest in TikTok, Instagram, or digital media.

Responsabilidades

• Find and recruit creators on TikTok and Instagram.
• Evaluate creators for audience, content quality, brand fit.
• Negotiate rates and onboard creators.
• Manage briefs, deadlines, feedback, deliverables, and payments.
• Track campaign results and identify patterns.
• Share local market insights with the global growth team.
• Build a reliable pipeline of creators for Argentina.
