Novo Nordisk Argentina is seeking a Junior Clinical Research Associate to support clinical trials across Buenos Aires and other provinces. You will be the main link between investigators and Novo Nordisk, ensuring trials run safely, on time and to high quality standards while protecting data integrity and patient rights.

• Clinical monitoring course
• ICH-GCP certification or working knowledge
• Experience with a CRO (IQVIA/ICON/Syneos) or similar

Responsabilidades

• Conduct on-site and remote monitoring visits per protocol and ICH-GCP
• Protect patient safety and data integrity by reviewing site data
• Monitor site performance, recruitment, retention and data collection
• Apply risk-based quality management to identify and reduce risks
• Train and support site staff on protocols and systems
• Build strong relationships with investigators and site teams
