About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Assistant to support our client’s finance operations, ensuring accurate financial records, timely reporting, and smooth day-to-day accounting processes.

You will assist in maintaining financial data, supporting reconciliations, and preparing structured reports. A key part of this role is ensuring financial information is organized, consistent, and easy to track, contributing to a well-run and auditable accounting function.

This role focuses on execution, accuracy, and operational support within the finance team.

What You’ll Do

• Support the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice tracking and payment follow-ups.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy between records and actuals.
• Help track cash flow movements and update internal reporting files.
• Prepare monthly reporting support, including gathering and organizing financial data.
• Maintain organized documentation of financial transactions for audit and compliance purposes.
• Assist with expense tracking, cost allocation, and basic financial analysis.
• Support improvements in internal processes (e.g., standardizing templates, improving data accuracy, documenting procedures).

Who You Are

• Interested in accounting, finance, or business operations, ideally within structured industries such as manufacturing, real estate, or professional services.
• Familiar with basic accounting principles and accrual-based reporting.
• Comfortable working with financial data, spreadsheets, and accounting systems.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Methodical, reliable, and able to follow structured processes.

Nice to Have
