We are looking for a new Jr. HR Solutions Specialist to join our Center of Excellence in Argentina. The role will support end-to-end HR processes, serving as the lynch pin between HRBPs and the broader People, Services and Solutions organization including the outsourced provider. This role will be integral for business support and the success of the HR Partners, and thus requires deep HR generalist knowledge, sound judgement, process orientation and great relationship building skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-end process support
  • Accountable for ensuring a positive pre-boarding and onboarding experience for new hires and exit process for separations
  • Manages employee inquiries which cannot be resolved through standard PSS offerings
  • Supports document management for leave, separation, employee personnel files, etc.
  • Coordination of PSS and supplier activity
  • Act as main point of contact between outsourced supplier and the broader team
  • Oversee organizational design changes to ensure accurate implementation
  • Advise PSS/supplier on necessary mass data changes (e.g., driven by reorganizations)
  • Coordinate vendor management across HR and provide oversight on supplier tasks (e.g., talent vendor management)
  • Manage data access requests
  • Ensure PSS understands country and union specific regulations needed to support reporting and analysis for labor relations
  • Ensure PSS understands local regulations related to supporting international assignments
  • Provide essential execution support to HRBPs
  • Provide basic PMO support on transformation initiatives (e.g., creating trackers, risk identification/mitigation, etc.)
  • Help with transactional elements of strategic HR plan development (e.g., content collation)
  • Interface with relevant teams to gain information to support HRP decisions/actions
  • Support HRPs in collaboration with Analytics team in case of larger data-heavy projects/initiatives
  • Assist HRP to implement performance improvement plans including communication, tracking, reporting, etc.
  • Support HRBPs in implementing labor strategy and maintaining union/labor relations when required
  • Assist HRP in administering and preparing for negotiations
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as requested
Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
  • 1‑2 years of experience in related fields
  • Experience working in a shared services center
  • Advanced level of English
  • Sound judgment skills to review and resolve issues
  • Strong collaboration skills with a client-focus
  • Strong analytical skills including gathering, analyzing and interpreting data to drive performance and optimize HR process improvement
  • Strong communication skills
