Job summary

Lennox is seeking a dedicated janitorial and maintenance worker to uphold cleanliness across office and manufacturing spaces in Rosario. You will operate power cleaning and polishing equipment, perform sweeping, mopping, waxing and detailed dusting, and clean windows, walls and restrooms.

You may assist with light preventative maintenance and move furniture as required. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent and can follow instructions with minimal supervision, contributing

• Maintains premises in a clean and orderly condition in office, manufacturing and rest areas.
• Operates power cleaning and polishing equipment.
• Performs janitorial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, waxing, dusting and polishing.
• Wash windows, walls and lavatories; maintain fixtures and equipment.
• Assist in minor preventative maintenance on equipment and systems as needed.
• Assist in movement and relocation of furniture, equipment and machinery.
• Handle transportation of materials between departments and waste/ cardboard.

What Drives Success

Under general direction, performs maintenance and janitorial duties in office, manufacturing and rest areas, maintaining premises in a clean and orderly manner.

• Operates commonly used types of power cleaning and polishing equipment.
• Performs janitorial tasks such as sweeping, mopping and waxing floors; dusting and polishing woodwork, fixtures and equipment; washing windows, walls and lavatory facilities.
• May perform minor preventative maintenance tasks on equipment, machinery equipment and systems such as lubrication, cleaning, filter change and the like.
• Assists in the movement and relocation of furniture, equipment and machinery as required.
• May handle transporation of materials between departments and trash compactor, including cardboard and pallets.
