Job summary

IQVIA is offering a Pasantía Import/Export, Country Site Activation in Buenos Aires. This part-time, morning hybrid internship runs for 12 months, with 4 days on-site and 1 day home-based each week, supporting Argentina site activation and related import/export tasks under supervision.

You will assist with document reviews, data entry, and coordination with Local Teams, while developing English language skills and analytical abilities in a global clinical research environment.

Qualifications

• On course Bachelor's degree in import/export or similar.
• Good command of English.
• Evidence of effective problem–solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in alignment with the desired role placement.
• Evidence of strong teamwork and communication skills.

Pasantía Import/Export, Country Site Activation - CABA, Argentina Part time, morning, Hybrid - 4 days OB - 1 day HB 12 months contract

Essential Functions:

• Gives support to Argentina in tasks related to import/export activities for site activation.
• Under general supervision, perform site activation activities in assigned studies for investigative sites, according to applicable regulations, SOPs and work instructions, working closely with the Local Teams and other departments as necessary.
• Review documents for completeness, consistency and accuracy, under guidance of senior staff.
• Distribute completed documents to internal project team members.
• Support the updating and maintenance of internal systems, databases, tracking tools, timelines and project plans with accurate and complete project specific information.
• Support Import/Export Team in the distribution, recollection and tracking of imported and exported materials.

• On course Bachelor´s degree in import/export or similar (mandatory)
• Good command of English language
