Job summary

Air Liquide in Argentina is seeking a Junior Intercompany Analyst to support day-to-day intercompany operations across AR, AP, accounting and reporting. You will work closely with experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience and contribute to process improvements.

The role targets students in 3rd or 4th year, with strong communication skills and English (intermediate-advanced) and Spanish proficiency.

Qualifications

• Currently a 3rd or 4th year student in Public Accounting or Business Administration.
• English: Intermediate-Advanced; Spanish mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Comply with AL Policies and Values.
• Contribute to Intercompany team metrics.
• Enter AR and AP Intercompany transactions into the ERP.
• Answer Intercompany inquiries with a Customer Experience focus.
• Receive, review and post journal entries from local teams and analyze reconciliations.
• Maintain smooth communication with team members and stakeholders.
• Identify improvement opportunities for new projects.
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
• Prepare and update Desktop Procedures at least twice a year.
• Prepare an Update Capacity file listing activities and time spent.
