Responsibilities

Do you have a background, experience, or pure passion for health and wellness? Do you get excited about analyzing data and problem solving? We’re looking for an Integrations Specialist on the Client Operations Team to handle the initial setup and ongoing maintenance of data feeds used to manage client eligibility, rewards, and program participation. Collaborate closely with the Client Success team on their accounts to support each client through the client lifecycle.

In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:

  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of all aspects of Personify Health programs.
  • Work with Project Management and Client Success teams to implement new clients onto the Virgin Pulse platform.
  • Collaborate with configuration and DSR teams to understand configuration and reporting needs that impact eligibility requirements.
  • Create and maintain requirement documentation that describes mapping and process specifications for inbound files.
  • Build file mappings to match agreed upon requirements, which may include creating if/then logic.
  • Process and analyze client/vendor files coming into Personify Health.
  • Engage in detailed analysis of data discrepancies to determine the source and resolution of errors.
  • Respond to and resolve routine requests and questions.
  • Collaborate with other team members to continually improve processes to become more efficient.
  • Perform special projects as requested.

Qualifications

What you bring to the Personify Health team:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Information Science, or equivalent, in a related discipline.
  • 1‑3 years of professional work experience in data management, information systems, data analytics.
  • Willingness to learn new tools that manipulate, analyze, and visualize data.
  • Strong knowledge of the MS Office suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
