Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong working knowledge of all aspects of Health and Wellbeing programs.
• Participate in client meetings to review file specifications, discuss problem resolutions, and implement new clients.
• Collaborate with configuration and DSR teams to understand configuration and reporting needs that impact eligibility requirements.
• Act as SME in data interchange meetings with clients/vendors that may include requirements review, mapping overview, data analysis of issues, and/or testing statuses.
• Create and maintain required documentation to include mapping and process specifications for inbound files.
• Build file mappings within our wellbeing platforms based upon client requirements, including creating if/then logic.
• Process and analyze client/vendor files coming into the Health and Wellbeing platform.
• Conduct analysis of data discrepancies to determine the source and resolution of errors.
• Respond to and resolve routine requests and questions.
• Collaborate with team members to continually improve processes to become more efficient.
• Perform special projects as requested.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Information Science, or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of professional work experience in data management, information systems, and data analytics.
• 1–2 years of experience utilizing Excel.
• Willingness to learn new tools that manipulate, analyze, and visualize data.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• Strong technical aptitude.
• Excellent interpersonal and writing skills.
• Strong organizational skills and detail orientation.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with co‑workers and external channel partners.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Solid analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• A high level of professionalism and positive work behavior.
