Integrated Planning Specialist - EY Global Delivery Services

EY is committed to shaping a better working world. The Integrated Planning Specialist plays a key role in delivering consistent integrated planning processes, governance, and related administrative activities across the Clients & Industries organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of integrated planning activities, including Global investment planning, Market segment execution planning, and Revenue planning.
• Deploy and govern a portfolio of integrated planning activities across the Clients & Industries function.
• Identify, prioritize, and facilitate projects that drive innovative process improvement across the integrated planning landscape.
• Advise on optimal planning solutions and ensure planning outcomes align with Clients & Industries Function priorities and objectives.
• Mentor and counsel junior Integrated Planning team members and elevate GDS resource capability across the integrated planning landscape.
• Manage relationships with multiple Clients & Industries and external stakeholder leaders, Finance, reporting, GDS, and other stakeholders, driving effective collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of planning experience in a corporate environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience managing integrated planning activities within a global matrix organization.
• Strong analytical and complex problem‑solving ability, with a high level of conceptual thinking.
• Financial acumen, with demonstrable ability to analyze market intelligence and business reporting and to make practical recommendations.
• Program management skills, with an ability to drive multiple projects and initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Proactive, forward‑looking, and comfortable taking initiative, with a resilient, agile, and pragmatic work style under pressure.
• Intermediate skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Overtime may be required throughout the year, varying based on volume of work.
• Travel may be required from time to time to meet organizational leaders and stakeholders.
• Flexibility in working hours to accommodate multiple time zones as needed.
