• , Experience with Microsoft Purview Insider Risk Management, Microsoft 365 Compliance solutions, or similar insider risk/data protection platforms.
• , Understanding of insider risk management concepts, including risk indicators
• , Knowledge of Microsoft 365 workloads and signals, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Endpoint-related activity
• , Strong discretion and governance capabilities; confidentiality controls
• , Ability to coordinate across global teams and manage multiple stakeholders in time-sensitive environments
• , Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Responsabilidades

• Support the global operation and administration of Microsoft Purview Insider Risk Management and related processes, ensuring alignment with regulatory, data privacy, and internal governance requirements.
• Continuously improve and optimize IRM policies and processes, including risk indicators, thresholds, escalation paths, and maintenance of related documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality safeguards and ensure auditability of IRM activities and case information.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Human Resources, IT Security, and other stakeholders to ensure IRM processes align with approved governance standards.
• Monitor, triage, and document IRM alerts and cases according to approved procedures, collaborating with authorized teams on escalations.
• Support investigation workflows resulting from IRM alerts, including evidence collection and analysis of technical logs and relevant data sources.
• Prepare recurring metrics, reports, and status updates related to alert trends, case volumes, process effectiveness, and improvement opportunities.
• Drive testing, validation, change management, and user readiness activities for new or updated IRM policies, features, and operating procedures.
