Job summary

MSI Americas is seeking a WDD QC Engineer to join our Telecommunications and IT team in Argentina. The role focuses on knowing and developing FO network coverage, digitizing infrastructure, and delivering accurate route and service maps while maintaining signal levels.

The candidate should have a degree in Telecommunications Engineering or related field, with 2+ years in HFC/FTTH networks, GIS, AutoCAD, and strong communication skills to work with customers and internal teams in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience with HFC, FTTH and Fiber Deep networks.
• At least 2 years managing plans, schemes, layouts and GIS references.
• Proficient with MS Office, AutoCAD, Google Earth and GIS programs.
• Intermediate Excel proficiency.
• Knowledge of urban and telecommunications infrastructure.
• Experience with active and passive network equipment.
• Extensive experience developing Technical Manuals for construction and certification of fixed networks.
• Ability to apply high quality standards in FTTX network construction evaluation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English (intermediate).

Responsibilities

• QC surveys to detect errors before delivery to the customer.
• Ensure coverage mapping and routes for the FO network.
• Maintain signal levels to meet minimum requirements.
• Digitize infrastructure and catalog equipment on client platforms.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams in fast-paced settings.
