AgileEngine is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and support corporate networks, servers and storage across on-premise and cloud environments. You will ensure secure, fault-tolerant infrastructure and provide technical leadership across multiple teams.

The role requires 6+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise networks, servers, storage, and cloud (AWS/Azure). Experience with SOX, Active Directory, and Office 365 is essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on engineering experience with enterprise local and wide area networks, servers and storage.
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto, Cisco, and Juniper equipment and software.
• Strong experience deploying and administering firewalls, switches and wireless infrastructure (Physical and Virtual).
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Server operating Systems & Active Directory.
• Strong experience with cloud compute/storage (AWS and Azure).
• Experience in a SOX regulated company.
• Disaster recovery and business continuity knowledge.
• Office 365 Mail, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive familiarity.
• Experience with patch deployment.
• Able to work independently in a fast-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide observable, secure and fault-tolerant solutions.
• Offer technical leadership across teams and domains.
• Serve as escalation point for day-to-day operations.
• Plan and execute projects across infrastructure landscape.
• Lead infrastructure projects and system upgrades.
• Device lifecycle support and documentation.
• Mentor junior staff.
• Vendor management for hardware, software and services.
• Help define strategy for infrastructure across the enterprise.
• Support global operations for remote, manufacturing and office teams.
