Job summary

James Hardie Building Products Inc. busca un Industrial Mechanic para ejecutar mantenimiento predictivo y preventivo en maquinarias críticas, asegurando la operación continua y la calidad de la producción en Peru.

El/la candidato/a debe dominar reparación de bombas y transportadores, con experiencia en sistemas neumáticos e hidráulicos, lectura de planos y diagnóstico de fallos. Ubicación: Peru; empleo a tiempo completo.

Qualifications

• Experiencia en mantenimiento mecánico en entornos industriales.
• Lectura de planos y uso de herramientas de diagnóstico.

Responsibilities

• Ejecutar programas de mantenimiento predictivo y preventivo para maquinaria y equipos críticos.
• Reparar y mantener elevadores de cubos, transportadores, compresores, bombas y sistemas neumáticos/hidráulicos.
• Garantizar el funcionamiento eficiente de la maquinaria para mantener la calidad y la producción.
• Diagnosticar fallos mecánicos con herramientas de medición y pruebas de precisión.
• Desmontar equipos y reemplazar piezas utilizando polipastos, grúas y herramientas especializadas.
• Gestionar el inventario de equipos, repuestos y suministros.

What You’ll Do:

• Execute predictive and preventative maintenance programs for critical machinery and equipment
• Repair and maintain bucket elevators, conveyors, compressors, pumps, and pneumatic/hydraulic systems
• Ensure efficient operation of machinery to maintain production quality and output
• Diagnose mechanical issues using precision measuring and testing instruments
• Perform equipment dismantling and parts replacement using hoists, cranes, and specialized tools
• Manage inventory of equipment, parts, and supplies
