Accenture Argentina is seeking an IBM Maximo Functional Analyst to join our Asset Management practice. The role focuses on functional implementation, configuration, and support of IBM Maximo to help clients maximize asset management value.

You will work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, document functional specs, and deliver training while supporting go-live and ongoing operations in a dynamic, globally connected environment.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on IBM Maximo experience in implementation, configuration, or functional support roles.

Responsabilidades

• Support end-to-end IBM Maximo implementations, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and go-live.
• Contribute to the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating operational needs into functional specifications.
• Provide post-implementation support: troubleshoot functional issues, manage incidents, and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
• Analyze existing asset management processes and recommend improvements and best practices within the Maximo platform.
• Deliver end-user training and produce clear, complete documentation including functional specs, test plans, and configuration guides.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across maintenance, operations, IT, and project management.

We are seeking an IBM Maximo Functional Analyst to join our Asset Management practice. This role will focus on the functional implementation, configuration, and support of IBM Maximo, bridging business needs and technical solutions to help clients maximize the value of their asset management programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end IBM Maximo implementations, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and go-live.

Must Have Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on IBM Maximo experience in implementation, configuration, or functional support roles.
• Solid working knowledge of core Maximo modules: Work Orders, Assets, Inventory, Purchasing, and Preventive Maintenance.
• Proven experience gathering business requirements and writing functional specifications.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).

Nice to Have Skills

• Background in asset management disciplines such as maintenance engineering, facilities, utilities, or manufacturing.
• Experience with IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) or Maximo on Cloud.
• Familiarity with Maximo integrations, APIs, Migration Manager, or basic automation scripting.
• IBM Maximo certification or relevant industry certification such as CMRP or PMP.
• Prior experience in consulting or multi-client project environments.
