• Capable of explaining technical issues to non-technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage IAM service management processes.
• Conduct service portfolio reviews and improve service plans.
• Define performance indicators for service effectiveness.
• Ensure services are delivered according to targets.
