ELEKS Software Engineering & Development Office in Buenos Aires is seeking a Middle Software Developer (Java) for an on-site role with 3 days in-office and 2 days remote. The position is based in our local Buenos Aires office and focuses on building reliable Java applications using Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.

You will design, implement, and maintain Java software, perform comprehensive testing, and collaborate with cross-cultural teams to deliver high-quality software in a dynamic

Formación

• 4+ years of experience with Java.
• Experience with Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
• Experience with testing (Unit/Integration/System) and test-case development for Java applications.
• Experience with GitLab for source control and development workflows.
• Strong focus on quality and cross-cultural collaboration.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain reliable Java software per technical requirements.
• Analyze requirements and independently estimate tasks and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate deadlines with Technical Leader or Project Manager.
• Apply best practices and coding standards for high-quality, performant outputs.
• Stay up-to-date with modern technologies and pursue certifications if relevant.
• Participate as trainer or trainee in learning programs outside the main project.
