Job summary

ICON is a global healthcare intelligence and clinical research organisation. The Clinical Site Associate will support site management activities and ensure trials are conducted efficiently, compliantly, and to high quality standards.

You will assist with site activation, document collection, and maintaining trackers, while coordinating site visits and ensuring audit readiness. Travel about 10% may be required in support of trial sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication with a customer-focused approach to site support.
• Proficiency with MS Office and electronic systems/databases.

Responsibilities

• Support site activation activities including collection, review, and tracking of essential documents and approvals.
• Maintain up-to-date site information in clinical trial management systems and trackers.
• Assist CRAs and project teams with site communications and follow-up on queries.
• Coordinate logistics for site visits and meetings, including scheduling and follow-up actions.
• Ensure filing and maintenance of essential documents for inspection readiness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support site payment processing and issue resolution.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance site support efficiency.
