Caraway Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking an Associate Specialist, Clinical Data Management to execute data management activities for assigned trials under supervision. You will support data entry, validation, reconciliation, query management, and documentation to ensure data quality and audit readiness.

You will collaborate with the team to review data from EDC, eCOA, labs, imaging, and other sources, identifying issues and escalating with context to ensure timely, compliant delivery.

Qualificações

• Non-Degree with 2+ years in data management or clinical operations.
• Associate’s Degree with 1+ year experience in data management or related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences or related field with experience.
• Advanced degree preferred (Masters/Doctorate).

Responsabilidades

• Execute core data management activities per SOPs and ICH-GCP under supervision.
• Support data review, reconciliation, and resolution of plan data from multiple sources.
• Review and reconcile data across sources including EDC, eCOA, labs, imaging.
• Identify data quality issues and escalate with context.
• Support specimen data workflows and traceability from acquisition to results.
• Assist with UAT and change control across the study lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the data management team and stakeholders to align priorities.
• Contribute to study documentation like DMP, DVP, and eCRF guidelines.
