Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Salesforce/HubSpot Administrator to support revenue systems in a fully remote contract role. You will audit CRM and connected platforms, resolve data inconsistencies, and document operational decisions to improve SaaS workflows.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in CRM platforms, proven experience leading CRM initiatives, and strong SQL/APIs data reconciliation, with excellent English communication for international collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Role Type: Contractor
Location: Remote

We are seeking experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrators - Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems.

You'll use your CRM expertise to evaluate real-world SaaS operations, resolve data and process inconsistencies, and help improve how AI systems understand complex business workflows. No prior AI experience is required.
