HR Operations Senior Manager - South Latam

We’re looking for an HR Operations Manager who will be a strategic advisor for the HR Operations Team in LATAM, responsible for implementing HR Strategy and program roll‑outs for Argentina, Chile, Peru and Uruguay, managing local HR teams and partnering with the Regional HR Leadership Team.
About the Role
In this opportunity as HR Operations Senior Manager - South Latam, you will:
- Manage HR Operations for Argentina, Chile, Peru and Uruguay operations
- Partner with cross‑functional HR teams to develop and implement processes that support business development and operations, compliance and efficiency in the HR Operations environment
- Understand operations strategy and interpret designated client group’s HR needs and priorities
- Partner with Regional HR Leadership Team to identify and manage people opportunities and risks
- Drive the people strategy aligned to specific customer needs
- Support union relationship and agreements
- Guarantee labor law compliance including all Health and Safety guidelines
- Manage HR Administration processes and Global Payroll governance for countries in scope
- Manage Benefits operations
- People Cost and Budget management
About You
You’re a fit for the role of HR Operations Senior Manager - South Latam if your background includes:
- Strong experience (+5 years) in an operations role in a multi‑business environment and in multiple countries for LATAM
- Prior experience as an HR Operations Manager in a technology and services environment
- People management experience
- Deep knowledge of payroll processes and labor laws for the countries in scope
- Knowledge of people cost, rewards, benefits, performance management, talent management, union relations
- Workday knowledge
- Fluent in English – verbally and written
