La Posada de Santa Fe, a Tribute Portfolio Resort & Spa, part of Crescent Hotels & Resorts, seeks a seasoned Engineering leader to oversee all hotel facilities and maintenance. You will supervise the Engineering staff and ensure preventive maintenance, life-safety systems, and utilities are well managed to protect guests and assets.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a facilities or maintenance technician role.
• EPA Universal Certification– Required.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO)– Required.
• Previous hotel maintenance experience– Preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment, HVAC systems, laundry machinery, and AV/security systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and on-call rotations as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and supervise all Engineering staff and the maintenance of the hotel.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and repairs of property equipment.
• Monitor life safety systems and utilities.
• Administer the department in compliance with standards and codes.
• Maintain mechanical/electrical systems, FF&E, grounds, and pool facilities.
