Job summary

IQVIA Inc. is seeking a Clinical Research Associate 2 (FSP) to work from home-based in the Buenos Aires region. You will train and develop to advance your clinical monitoring career with dedicated mentoring and structured reviews.

You will contribute to global projects with a regional travel remit and access to in-house technology. The role requires at least 2 years of on-site monitoring experience, an advanced level of English, and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health care or related field.
• Minimum 2 years on-site monitoring experience.
• Advanced English.
• Willingness to travel 50%.
• Located in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Responsibilities

• Perform site selection, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits with proper documentation.
• Support the development of a subject recruitment plan.
• Establish regular communication and administer protocol and study training to sites.
• Evaluate quality and integrity of site practices and escalate issues as needed.
• Manage progress by tracking regulatory submissions, recruitment, CRF completion and data queries.
