Oaklawn is seeking a Beverage Service Bartender to join our team. The role involves serving guests at front bars, fulfilling drink orders, monitoring cash drawers, and performing end-of-night inventories to maintain accurate stock levels. Strong emphasis on customer service and safety is required.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, presenting menus, monitoring alcohol consumption, and ensuring the bar is stocked and clean. Some shifts may move to other venues within the property as needed.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• 1+ year beverage service in a high-volume environment; nightclub experience preferred.
• Casino experience preferred.
• 1+ year guest service experience.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Must perform physical duties of all Food & Beverage team members.

Responsabilidades

• Serve guests at front bars and fulfill drink orders for dining room.
• Monitor cash drawer and perform alcohol inventories at end of shift.
• Provide impeccable guest service and adhere to company standards.
• Greet and seat guests, present menus and inform them of promotions.
• Monitor and intervene with guests' alcohol consumption per guidelines.
• Operate cash register/POS and ensure correct change and close shift properly.
• Maintain bar stock and cleanliness throughout the shift.
• May be assigned to other venues within the property as needed.
