Rebill is seeking a hands-on Marketing Lead to unite brand, product marketing, and demand generation across the Americas from Buenos Aires, Bogotá or Miami. You will own positioning, craft sales-ready content, manage site and social channels, and orchestrate events with founders to drive pipeline.
You will translate content to Spanish and collaborate with engineers and sales. This founder-led role requires multi-market experience, strong writing, and a track record of building credible
Rebill is the financial infrastructure platform for the Americas.
The companies shaping software, AI, travel, and digital services use Rebill to operate across Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, and the United States.
Rebill brings local payments, installments, recurring billing, stablecoin rails, treasury, global payouts, and financial operations into one platform built for how money actually works across the Americas.
Every market is different. Rebill makes the infrastructure consistent. Engineering, finance, and operations teams can manage local currency acceptance, market-specific payment behavior, funds, and financial workflows from the same platform.
Companies can launch in Latin America in as little as a day and expand across markets without rebuilding their financial stack country by country.
Built locally. Designed to scale globally.
Rebill is backed by leading global investors such as Tiger Global, Y Combinator (W22), Soma Capital and SV Angel, and angels including Guillermo Rauch (Vercel) and Arash Ferdowsi (Dropbox).
Why this role exists
Our product is ahead of our brand.
We show up in evaluations against the large regional processors. In too many of them we are not in the room at all, and in the ones where we are, we read as earlier stage than we are. A company about to route its regional volume through us needs to see infrastructure, not a startup. That gap costs us deals we should be winning on product.
At the same time, every piece of marketing we do today is run by the founders in the gaps between other jobs: the ads, the SEO, the content, the launches, the events. It holds at twelve people. It will not hold through the next stage.
This role owns both.
In the first 90 days there is one version of our story and everyone uses it. The site, the deck and the sales team say the same thing, and you can explain in one paragraph why a company should route its regional volume through us.
By six months there is a content engine publishing in English with a localization path, launches have a process attached to them, and our events are measured against pipeline instead of against how the booth felt.
By twelve months, when a mid‑market or enterprise company in the Americas starts looking for a way to collect across the region, we are on the shortlist. Marketing sources a measurable share of new pipeline and you know which share and why.
There is no team to inherit. You are the marketing function for the first stretch, and you hire in the second year, not the first.
The founders stay the public faces of Rebill. We want you to make us better at that and to build a brand that outlasts us doing it. We are not looking for someone to be the voice instead of us.
We keep marketing in-house. We use agencies for specific pieces, press and visual identity among them, and we do not hand anyone the brand.
You report to the co‑founders, and you will spend your first months earning credibility with people who have never worked alongside a marketing function. That is part of the job and not a sign that it is going badly.
Competitive base, meaningful equity, and the scope of a founding function. Hybrid in Buenos Aires, Bogotá or Miami, with travel for events and offsites.
Four conversations. An intro with one of the co‑founders. A working session where we walk you through our current positioning and you tell us what is wrong with it. A conversation with sales. A final with both founders. We give you a decision within a week of the last one.
