Description

We are looking for a GTM Technical Administrator (based in Argentina or Uruguay) to own and evolve our go-to-market (GTM) technology stack, ensuring our systems and data empower sales, marketing, and customer success teams to operate efficiently and effectively. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives on optimizing processes, integrating tools, and driving automation to enhance GTM performance. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with business understanding, excels in system administration and cross-functional collaboration, and embraces an AI-first mindset to continually improve how data and technology support our growth operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tech Stack Administration: Manage and maintain the GTM technology ecosystem, including Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and related platforms.
  • Workflow Optimization: Configure and enhance GTM workflows to streamline processes and improve user experience.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with GTM teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver scalable solutions that align with business goals.
  • System Integrations: Support and maintain integrations between core tools such as Outreach, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, Gong, and others.
  • Reporting & Dashboards: Build and maintain dashboards that provide actionable visibility into pipeline health, revenue performance, and customer lifecycle metrics.
  • Data Governance: Conduct regular audits and data cleanups to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and system integrity.
  • Release Management: Manage testing and deployment cycles in sandbox environments to ensure smooth rollouts and stable releases.
  • Process Improvement Projects: Lead small-to-medium initiatives focused on automation, new tool implementations, or process optimization.
  • Technical Support: Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for users across the GTM organization.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in systems administration or GTM operations within SaaS or high-growth environments.
  • Proven expertise in configuring and maintaining key GTM tools (Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Experience managing integrations and data flows between Salesforce and related platforms (e.g., Marketo, Outreach).
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing processes, funnel metrics, and customer lifecycle analytics.
  • Solid experience with automation tools, sandbox environments, and user provisioning.
  • Effective communication skills to translate technical concepts into business impact.
  • Agile mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud and no-code/low-code configuration capabilities.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in AI-driven analytics or leveraging AI tools to identify insights and drive efficiency.
  • Exposure to revenue operations (RevOps) strategies and performance measurement frameworks.
  • Familiarity with data visualization or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
