Job Description

Genesis Orthopedics & Sports Medicine is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Growth Operations Associate to support our expanding operations and lead growth-focused initiatives across the organization. Key Responsibilities

Operational Support

• Improve and streamline internal workflows to drive operational efficiency across departments
• Manage internal systems such as EPIC and CRM platforms to track leads, referrals, and key growth metrics
• Develop, document, and standardize operational processes and best practices

Business Development

• Partner with leadership to identify and evaluate opportunities for market expansion and revenue growth
• Conduct market research and data analysis to support strategic planning and business decisions
• Monitor performance metrics and deliver insightful reports and recommendations

Marketing & Outreach

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns aimed at acquiring new patients
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with referral sources, partners, and external stakeholders
• Track outreach efforts and performance, providing data-driven insights to optimize strategies

Project Management

• Oversee growth-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Provide regular updates on project progress, roadblocks, and key milestones to stakeholders

Administrative Support

• Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and stakeholder follow-ups
• Assist with other growth-related tasks and special projects as needed

Requirements

• Familiarity with CRM platforms and healthcare systems (experience with EPIC is a plus)

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, operations, or a related field
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years in operations, business development, or a comparable role
• Experience in the healthcare or medical industry is highly desirable

• Proficiency in CRM systems, spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), and data analysis tools
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
