Hire Hangar, Inc. is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager for a fully remote role focused on turning complex marketing and CRM data into clear, actionable insights.

You will lead dashboards, analytics strategy, and performance reporting across universities and nonprofit partners. You will work with Paid Media, Account Services, Leadership, and external partners to improve reporting systems, track KPIs, and support data-driven decision making for campaigns and programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
• Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Support conversion tracking and data accuracy across platforms.
• Collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership teams.
• Help improve analytics processes and reporting operations.
