Job description

About hireworks

hireworks connects top talent across Latin America with opportunities at leading U.S. companies. As your employer, hireworks supports your interview, onboarding, and ongoing employee experience, while connecting you with a community of local peers and mentors.

About our client

Our client develops science-led nutritional products that make its approach to health and longevity accessible to more people. This role supports marketing analytics spanning ecommerce and telehealth customer journeys. They're a small, fast-moving team that values analytical thinking, clear communication, and ownership.

About the Position

We're seeking a curious, meticulous Growth Marketing Analyst to support across paid media, organic/direct, partnerships, and other growth initiatives. You'll own daily reporting, ad hoc analysis, opportunity sizing, and the modeling behind quarterly plans.

You'll work with the Growth lead weekly to prioritize questions and review findings, while independently owning data pulls, QA, modeling, and follow-through. Channel owners handle campaign decisions, creative, and execution; our attribution and analytics lead owns attribution and engineering projects.

What You'll Do
Ad Hoc Requests & Historical Analysis
  • Analyze channel performance from traffic and acquisition through conversion, revenue, retention, and customer value, including paid social, search, YouTube, creator/affiliate partnerships, and organic/direct.

  • Reconstruct historical cohorts and baselines to explain performance changes across channels, products, audiences, creative, and offers. Account for launch and rollout dates, promotions, seasonality, overlapping changes, and conversion lag.

  • Trace acquisition sources through actual purchases, cross-sell, retention, and customer value. Evaluate product-level contribution and payback to inform CAC guardrails with Finance.

  • Handle team requests from question to validated recommendation: compare landing pages, identify historical creative winners, assess budget changes, and investigate performance. Agree priorities and turnaround times with the Growth lead and requesters; flag blockers early.

Quarterly Planning, Forecasting & Business Reviews
  • Build quarterly planning models and monthly forecasts by business, channel, and product. Reconcile paid, non-paid, and blended views with Finance, refine assumptions with the Growth lead, and track results against targets.

  • Model conservative, base, and upside scenarios for spend, acquisition, CAC, revenue, and contribution/payback. Separate testing budgets from ongoing activity, avoid double-counting improvements, and quantify investment tradeoffs.

  • Explain week-over-week and month-over-month changes in volume, conversion, mix, and efficiency. Prepare business-review summaries and validated analysis for channel and creative readouts, highlighting drivers, uncertainty, and decisions needed.

Opportunity Sizing & Funnel Analysis
  • Size opportunities across channels, products, offers, and new initiatives using traffic or audience potential, conversion, incremental customers, revenue, costs, and payback. Show assumptions, ranges, and sensitivities to support prioritization.

  • Identify drop-offs from landing page through checkout or intake to purchase or paid prescription. Quantify improvement opportunities and elevate tracking gaps to the attribution and analytics lead.

Daily Reporting, Automation & Data Quality
  • Own daily reporting in #growth-team-ops across both businesses: summarize performance and pacing, include channel owners' explanations and confirmed changes, and flag material issues to the owner for action. State reporting windows, data freshness, and conversion-lag limitations.

  • Build dashboards and reusable reporting from existing data sources, using agreed definitions and mappings. Escalate attribution, pipeline, or instrumentation issues with clear evidence.

  • Own the accuracy of every number and conclusion you present. Before sharing, validate source completeness, joins, duplicates, formulas, denominators, reporting windows, and attribution settings; reconcile totals and investigate anomalies. Document sources and assumptions, flag uncertainty, and promptly correct errors and their implications.

  • Use AI, agents, scripts, and lightweight applications to automate recurring pulls and turn one-off analyses into maintained dashboards or workflows. Validate generated code, calculations, and conclusions, and preserve reliable refreshes and history.

What You'll Bring
  • Hands-on growth marketing experience is required.

  • Advanced SQL is non-negotiable: independently query complex and nested datasets, validate joins and aggregations, and troubleshoot results that do not reconcile.

  • Proficiency in BI tools such as Sigma, Hex, Streamlit, Tableau, or Looker Studio, and strong Sheets or Excel skills for forecasting, scenario analysis, and opportunity sizing.

  • Strong growth fundamentals: connect spend, traffic, conversion, channel mix, retention, and margin to CAC, customer value, and payback. Understand attribution limitations and diminishing returns across paid and non-paid channels.

  • Sound forecasting judgment: distinguish targets from forecasts, account for seasonality, conversion lag, and changing efficiency at scale, challenge unsupported assumptions, and revise models as evidence changes.

  • Meticulous self-QA, curiosity, and follow-through. You investigate unexpected results, adapt to new evidence, and manage competing requests without sacrificing accuracy.

  • Excellent written and spoken English is required. You can lead analytical discussions, ask precise questions, and clearly explain findings, limitations, and recommendations to a U.S.-based team.

Nice to Have
  • Python or R for analysis, automation, statistical modeling, or building lightweight analytical tools.

  • Experience with DTC ecommerce or subscriptions and tools such as Shopify, Triple Whale, or PostHog.

  • Experience with incrementality testing, lifetime value modeling, or analysis across multiple products and international markets.

  • Experience analyzing telehealth or other multi-step funnels with an intake or consultation stage before purchase.
