Growth is the team responsible for promoting the Fever business plan across all Markets and ensuring that our events perform as expected, pushing its growth across the globe. Our decisions are data-driven from the highest to the lowest strategy level, allowing us to fully understand the Fever business model and how we can leverage this to interact with every single team within the company to grow the business in the expected direction.
You will lead the Argentina Headquarters and focus on the American markets. You will create and develop a whole team of growth that will support the business in the region. In this role, you will contribute to one of Fever's key markets, focusing on its growth and development. Being a Growth Manager at Fever means fully owning the results, evolution, goals, and strategic decisions within a specific business line. Take part in the exponential growth of Fever by taking the lead on global projects that will define the future of the entertainment industry. Enhance the overall company performance across different business departments which work together in the creation of new plans and events. Define and establish new strategies to increase performance using analytical, business, and strategic skills. Design end-to-end solutions with daily high impact.
