WAYPOINT is a creative production company specializing in Marketing Art, Collectibles and E-commerce projects for mid-sized to AAA clients. We are seeking an experienced designer to tackle a high-volume production backlog over the next 2–3 months, with about 96 tasks planned and strict deadlines, so you can jump in quickly and keep projects moving.

Formación

• Experience with packaging design and print production (bleeds, safety margins, color management, preflight).
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign for production-ready artwork.
• Experience preparing artwork for production, including asset cleanup and vectorization.

Responsabilidades

• Design packaging for physical media including game covers, manuals, O-sleeves, and disc artwork.
• Support packaging and physical product design, including Steelbooks, collector boxes, keychains, posters, and other premium items.
• Prepare production-ready files using first-party (Microsoft, Nintendo, Sony) packaging templates and specifications.
• Repair, clean up, and vectorize existing artwork and production assets.
• Ensure all files are accurate, production-ready, and aligned with brand and platform requirements.
• Create supporting marketing assets such as website banners and social media graphics when needed.

Role Overview

We\'re looking for experienced designer to help complete a high-volume production backlog over the next 2–3 months. There are approximately 96 tasks already planned out, with deadlines and dates in place, so we\'re looking for designers who can jump in quickly and keep projects moving.

Responsibilities

• Design packaging for physical media including game covers, manuals, O-sleeves, and disc artwork.

What We\'re Looking For

• Strong experience with packaging design and print production (bleeds, safety margins, color management, preflight).
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Experience preparing artwork for production, including asset cleanup, image repair, and vectorization.
• Strong layout, typography, and overall design skills.
• Ability to work within templates and production specifications while maintaining a high level of quality.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and meeting established deadlines.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing marketing assets for digital campaigns.
• Background in gaming, entertainment, collectibles, or consumer products.
• Familiarity with collector\'s edition packaging and premium physical products.
