Job summary

Tudip Technologies Pvt. Ltd is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to develop marketing materials and co-brand assets. You will turn campaign ideas into visually compelling flyers, digital assets, and sales collateral that reflect Tudip and partner brand guidelines.

You will craft visuals for social media, emails, websites, and paid ads, collaborating with marketing and sales to align objectives and audiences. A strong portfolio and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of graphic design experience in B2B marketing, technology, or an agency.
• Strong portfolio showing campaign design, marketing collateral, and digital assets.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Figma or Canva.
• Ability to translate briefs into effective visuals and maintain brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Design assets for joint marketing campaigns, product launches, webinars, and events.
• Create flyers, brochures, one-pagers, presentations, banners, infographics, and other collateral.
• Develop visuals for social media, email campaigns, websites, and paid advertising.
• Collaborate with partner teams, marketing, and sales to understand objectives and messaging.
• Apply partner logos and brand guidelines across co-branded materials.
• Manage feedback and approvals with internal stakeholders and partners.
• Prepare final files for digital publishing and print production.
• Maintain an organized library of design assets, templates, and approved collateral.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining design quality.

Required Skills andExperience

• 2-5 years of graphic design experience, ideally in B2B marketing, technology, or an agency environment.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating campaign design, marketing collateral, and digital assets.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign; familiarity with Figma or Canva.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience working with brand guidelines and creating consistent designs across formats.
• Clear communication skills and confidence collaborating with external partners.
• Ability to translate briefs into effective designs, incorporate feedback, and manage competing deadlines.
• Knowledge of print specifications, file formats, and digital asset requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating co-branded campaigns or partner marketing materials.
• Presentation design skills in PowerPoint or Google Slides.
• Basic motion graphics or video editing skills.
• Familiarity with technology services, cloud, data, or AI marketing.
