FullStack is seeking a Senior Computer Vision Engineer to join our talent network and collaborate on production-ready AI solutions for U.S. clients. You will work with client teams daily, shaping CV models, data pipelines, and scalable deployments in a remote setting.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in AI/ML or CV, strong Python and deep learning framework skills, and a track record of delivering CV systems in production. English fluency and a four-year degree are required.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or Computer Vision Engineer.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Proven hands-on experience designing and deploying computer vision models in production environments.
• Proven experience in integrating the Google Solar API into solar design or lead generation workflows.
• Expertise in image classification, object detection, segmentation, tracking, or pose estimation, with a solid understanding of CNNs, transformers, and hybrid models.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or Computer Vision Engineer.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Proven hands-on experience designing and deploying computer vision models in production environments.
• Proven experience in integrating the Google Solar API into solar design or lead generation workflows.
• Expertise in image classification, object detection, segmentation, tracking, or pose estimation, with a solid understanding of CNNs, transformers, and hybrid models.
• Proficiency with Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow, and vision libraries such as OpenCV, Detectron2, YOLO, or equivalent.
• Experience training, evaluating, and optimizing models for performance, accuracy, and scalability, including dataset curation, labeling strategies, data pipelines and model evaluation metrics.
• Experience with GDAL, Rasterio, or similar image processing libraries.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git, SQL, AWS, or MLOps tools for production ML deployments.
• Experience identifying and troubleshooting issues throughout model development, testing, and deployment.
• Ability to translate complex machine learning and computer vision concepts to non-technical stakeholders and write clear documentation.
• Experience with plant phenotyping, digital agriculture, biological imaging, or related domains is a nice to have.
• Portuguese language skill is a plus.
• Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
• Forensic attention to detail.
• A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
