Google Ads Team Lead
We are a talented team of experienced online marketing experts, specializing in optimizing all aspects of Amazon advertising. We grew more than 100% in the last 12 months, and we’re looking for an energetic and committed employee to lead the Google Ads team and keep it organized and efficient.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 5 Google Ads Specialists who build and manage Google Ads PPC campaigns (Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display, Discovery).
- Manage internal and external DSP PPC managers who specialize in Video and Display.
- Work under our Director – Google Ads, a department manager.
- Meet with clients via Zoom/Google Meetings during USA work hours and coordinate meetings with team members.
- Oversee PPC specialists to ensure they meet goals, manage budgets, provide reports and guidance to clients, and analyze campaign results.
- Promote PPC performance excellence, outstanding spend stewardship, impeccable ethics, and professional growth of all team members.
Qualifications
- English: C1 level, able to communicate and understand instructions.
- At least 4 years of experience working in Google Ads troubleshooting and optimization.
- At least 4 years of experience with Google Search Text Ads, Google Shopping Ads, YouTube Ads, and Google Display Ads.
- Experience with Google Discovery Ads is welcomed but not mandatory.
- Ability to make independent decisions and organize company processes.
- High understanding of work ethics, cooperation in an international team, follow‑through skills, and leadership.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive monthly salary of $383,400.00 – $512,920.00.
- 5 % minimum raise at the end of the 90‑day probation period.

The position is full‑time (40 hours per week) with a 90‑day trial period.
