This role involves facilitating the entire recruitment process, collaborating with HR to align hiring strategies with business goals, and ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers. Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor's degree in HR or related fields, have at least one year of staffing experience, and possess strong communication skills. Proficiency in English is essential, and familiarity with HR Information Systems, particularly Workday, is preferred.

Formación

• At least 1 year of experience in HR specializing in Staffing and Talent Acquisition.
• Ability to work in a multicultural and diverse environment.
• Experience with HR Information Systems, preferably Workday and Service Now.
