Premier Research is seeking an Associate Site Payment Specialist (Fixed Term Contract) to join our FSP team. You will review payment terms, define configuration requirements, and ensure accurate site setup in the payment system.

The role requires 1–2 years in global finance activities and strong English communication. The position emphasizes collaboration with contract negotiators and timely delivery of finance tasks, on a fixed-term basis of 6 or 9 months.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent in finance, technical, clinical, or health-related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in global site finance activities or clinical trial finance, including reviewing payment terms in CTAs.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office in Windows environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilidades

• Review and interpret payment terms in global site documents for contracts.
• Define and delineate payment configuration requirements for each study.
• Escalate ambiguous payment information for clarification.
• Extract and populate payment data into system templates for site setup.
• Ensure timely finance activities and troubleshoot issues as needed.
