Precision Medicine Group is expanding its patient engagement leadership across regions and seeking a Patient Engagement Lead to drive enrollment and retention outcomes in clinical trials. The role translates patient engagement strategies into actionable, study-level plans and coordinates with internal teams and external partners to enhance patient access and understanding.

The ideal candidate has a life sciences degree with at least 3 years in CRO/pharma settings, and strong English

Formación

• Degree in life sciences or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years in CRO, pharmaceutical, or healthcare organizations.
• Exposure to clinical trial operations and patient engagement activities.
• English proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Translate patient engagement strategies into practical, study-level plans and deliverables.
• Coordinate patient engagement materials in line with literacy, health literacy, and DEI guidelines.
• Engage Patient Advocacy Groups and community organizations.
• Contribute to patient feasibility activities, including collecting and summarizing patient and caregiver insights.
• Coordinate with vendors (e.g., travel, outreach, home health) to ensure a positive patient experience.
• Partner with internal teams to support inclusive representation in trials and patient engagement initiatives.
• Monitor implementation of patient engagement plans and track study impact metrics.
• Participate in sponsor and internal meetings; may present patient engagement plans and updates.
• Contribute to bid defense preparation and input on patient engagement components.
• Maintain effective communication with cross-functional stakeholders for alignment and timely execution.
