You will supervise study protocol timelines, reporting, and the initial configuration of our proprietary payments software.

The role requires 2–3 years in finance or project coordination within clinical trials, strong communication, and cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Typically 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with business financial applications preferred.
• Knowledge of the Clinical Trial Industry preferred.
• Project management or team leadership experience preferred.
• Comfortable representing Patient Solutions to internal/external stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned sponsor(s) and studies.
• Manage project timelines and coordinate change orders.
• Prepare KPI materials for sponsor governance meetings.
• Identify and execute process improvements.
• Lead client meetings with accuracy and completeness.
• Oversee the project team to meet sponsor commitments and IQVIA service levels.
• Coordinate with Technical Team and Data Operations for resource allocation.
• Ensure financial controls aligned with sponsor requirements.
• Monitor operational and performance metrics and escalate as needed.
• Support the Patient Solutions Manager as needed.
• Develop study-specific analytics strategy.
