Job summary

Chevron is seeking an IT System Support Analyst (Master Data Management) in Buenos Aires. The role bridges business needs and technology, defining requirements, improving data quality, and delivering scalable MDM solutions as part of the enterprise data program.

You will work with business stakeholders, data owners, stewards, and engineers in an Agile environment, supporting governance, metadata, and onboarding initiatives while ensuring high‑quality master data for analytics and AI‑enabled

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Application Engineer, Product Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Master Data Management principles and practices.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, stewardship, metadata management, and business processes.
• Experience working with business stakeholders to elicit and document requirements.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Bridge business needs and technology solutions to enable MDM capabilities.
• Define requirements, improve data quality, implement governance processes, and deliver scalable MDM solutions.
• Support the full lifecycle of MDM initiatives from requirements gathering to implementation, testing, adoption and operation.
